You do not aim the tip. You drag the base plate; a two-bone arm carries the tip to a small surface. Each stage sets a hidden orientation (Dock) AND a hidden glancing incidence + spot (Tangent) you must satisfy at once — and, unlike the foundation drills, the hidden target drifts slowly the whole time, so you must keep re-aiming. Clear all three stages to pass. Left-drag the plate (forgiving grab) · right-drag or hold Space to orbit · wheel zooms.

What this skill-check is

The first-pass finale: it fuses the two strongest foundation drills plus the third uncertainty source. Each stage's hidden target demands a Dock orientation match (the tip's approach vector) and a Tangent glancing contact (shallow off-normal incidence + placement on the sweet spot) at the same time — a dead-on perpendicular hit still overshoots and scores negative. On top of both, the target drifts slowly and smoothly within the stage (a bounded low-frequency wander on the orientation, the incidence band, and the spot), so a set-and-forget lock decays: you must continuously re-aim. That is all three uncertainty sources at once — hidden target + indirect linkage + within-run drift — which the foundation drills never combine. Feedback stays tip-referenced and decomposed (angle / incidence / placement / drift-tracking) so every miss is attributable. Clear three staged targets to pass the check.
